Still waiting on numbers from Heine

AGM

Our 2021 AGM took place on 21 Aug’21. The board now consists of entirely Dutch oriented members, even the South African Candidate was proposed and received the largest amount of votes from the foreign contingent of voters. A large group of 50+ concerned owners were totally surprised by this result and requests for valid count numbers from the board have once again gone unanswered.

Security

The Security Committee has handed back the responsibility of estate security to the Board (none of which are resident here) and are in the process of establishing a local neighborhood watch to keep an eye on locals property, this is unfortunate as there are insufficient resources to watch all properties. A list of the properties that are overseen by the Residents association Neighborhood watch will be published soon.

Social get together

Members of the ZBAE Residents association are invited to join together on Saturday 28 August in the afternoon (2pm) for a bring and Braai social at MADADA dam.
