About The Estate
Zandspruit Bush and Aero Estate is a premier estate 2km outside the tourist haven town of Hoedspruit situated in Limpopo, South Africa. The 1000Ha bush estate consists of 650Ha reserved as untouched wilderness and the balance features 200 residential stands which are well-spaced for privacy in the bush and alongside a 1000m runway, for exclusive use of estate owners.
The community is made up of a vast array of nationalities from across the globe with varying interests. A large flying community also exists on the estate with a mix of aircraft types and the pilot community hosts an annual fly-in where all are welcome.
Hoedspruit borders the Greater Kruger National Park and is home to a very diversified range of animal and bird life. The area features the Blyde River Canyon, the third largest canyon in the world and is the largest 'green canyon' due to its lush subtropical foliage, with the deepest precipitous cliffs of any canyon on the planet. The area is also one of the largest citrus producing areas for local and international export.
